Soma Solutio offers Body Work, Archetypal Somatics™ Coaching and TRE™ sessions. Archetypal Somatics™ is body based transformative personal work. In these 60 minutes coaching sessions we create a sacred container to tend to the past and present with heart. We work together with tools and practices that deepen awareness of unconscious patterns and Shadow parts that inform our identity, beliefs and our path in life. We learn to integrate these shadow parts, to work with the activated symbols, to be more present with our embodied experience. This new awareness frees us to make choices that are aligned with our authentic self and honor our deepest desires. The sessions are done on an audio call and can be done from anywhere in the world.

TRE™ is Trauma or Tension Release Exercises, a series of 7 gentle exercises that activate the body’s natural ability to release tension from stress or trauma and reset the nervous system to a calm state. These sessions give you the foundation to have a safe TRE practice in your toolbox.
